Please read on!Im looking for a proven AWS expert to join the business in a senior technology role with an incredibly wide remit -Youll bring a totally hands-on approach to your role but also have the ability to provide technical leadership to help my client accelerate their adoption of Public Cloud services. Alongside deep technical knowledge of the cloud arena youll also bring strong strategic leadership to other Junior members of the team whilst maintaining a hands on presence.My client are growing a team of the very best... highly skilled engineers to help build, develop, and operate large-scale public cloud environments. This is a chance to lead and shape a team of team of agile, technically strong and diverse engineers to help deliver on complex business goals.These guys utilise everything Cloud so youll play a key role in moulding the way that they work with not only AWS, but also GCP, and Microsoft Azure. They work globally, so its absolutely key that you are well versed in working in a DevOps fashion to deliver new technologies. Youll need to work fast and learn as you go and thrive from working in an environment where requirements will often change at a moments notice...Technically, its really important here that you are well versed in Terraform. Its also important that youre not afraid to code - in fact, youll thrive from it. Theyre not hung up on which language, as long as you can cut clean code in any OOP language - Python or Boto3 would be a preference. Naturally youll have a good handle on DevOps practices and automation of software testing, delivery and ideally some serverless development experience.Im looking for an accomplished, battle-scarred engineer who is very much at the top of their game and can bring a "thought leader" mentality to the role in relation to engaging and educating the wider business in emerging Cloud technology and essentially use their knowledge to drive the company forward.In return you will receive up to a basic salary up to £90,000 15% bonus, pension scheme, flexible working options and work from state of the art offices in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.
