Job Description

Junior Marketing Campaign ManagerNottinghamUp to £30,000 (DOE)Full-Time (Permanent)Hybrid WorkingI am thrilled to be working with this client in the retail industry who are looking for an innovative, creative marketer to join their award-winning marketing team. As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will be working alongside exceptional marketers on curating campaigns from conception to completion. If you are looking for your next opportunity in marketing to progress your career, or perhaps fancy a new challenge, I want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to completion
  • Write persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including emails, ads, social media, print collateral and more
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on delivering on campaigns to promote products
  • Manage relationships with external agencies on relevant design work
  • Collaborate with design, social, communications and web development teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on analysis
  • Help manage project time lines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and able to provide constructive criticism and feedback on ideas
  • A creative and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent copy writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, clear, and persuasive messages.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritise, and a strong sense of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, analytic tools
