Job Description

Job OverviewAtomic Consultancy is looking for a Junior Acquisitions Project Manager with clear progression potential within a year for the right person. It will be a multifaceted role offering exposure to various workstreams and challenges and an opportunity to be partof our exciting growth journey, with several live acquisitions and a strong pipeline.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Management

  • Maintain acquisition pipeline
  • Prepare timeframes for sellers
  • Support of preparation of project plan
  • Builds and maintains clients trust, forming excellent working relationships
  • Work alongside project team to facilitate the progression of sale
  • Create supplier contract review ensuring all contracts and termination periods and fees are captured
  • Support the review of due diligence and create risk register
  • Working with the team to ensure projects are on track and business activities are professional
  • Shadow the negotiation of the purchase agreement to completion
  • Creating workflow management and storage of key documents in central location
Lead Capture and Management
  • Ensuring CRM system (hubspot) is structured correctly, and all follow ups dealt with
  • Register new buyer enquiries taking down criteria and registering into CRM
  • Match Buyers with potential business leads and hand to acquisition manager
Office Management
  • Invoicing of clients
  • Ensuring suppliers are paid
  • Creating Non-Disclosure Agreements and ensuring they are executed
Marketing
  • Responsible for creating marketing packs via canva on businesses for sale (BSP)
  • Produce bespoke proposals for clients
  • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns, through direct mail, social media campaigns and track all leads coming back into CRM
