Macildowie are actively seeking a full time permanent Junior Accounts Assistant for a great company based in Nottingham.Working hours are 37.5 hours a week, very flexible in terms of start and finish times, these can be agreed before starting.Looking to get someone started as soon as possible due to the companies high demand in orders and expansion of the team.Salary will be between £20,000 - £21,000 per annum depending on experience.Ideal candidate will be either AAT level 2 / level 3 with 1 or 2 years on the job experience as an account assistant.Daily duties will involve:- Cashbook Postings- Allocations- First pass Credit Control- Invoicing- Sales ledger tidying and organising- General adminsitration / accounts tasksSkills required / desirable: - AAT level 2 / level 3 - required- Good all round knowledge of the accounts function - required- 2 years on the job experience - desired- Experience using Sage - Desired (they used a bespoke system similar to Sage)If you are interested in the role please apply directly via the link with your most up to date CV.Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
