Italian speaking Helpdesk Call Analyst £19,804Located in the centre of Nottingham, this award-winning technology company has an immediate opportunity available for a Italian speaking Helpdesk Call Analyst to join their busy IT team.Working with a Hybrid model, your time will be split between working from your own home and within the buzzing environment of our City Centre office.Successful candidates will have a keen interest in IT, with a goal to develop and grow a career in this ever-changing sector. Whilst previous experience is advantageous, it is not essential due to this client providing a full on-boarding experience providedby a qualified Learning & Development Team.One of the responsibilities of this role includes answering telephone calls from Retail or Hospitality sites such as Ted Baker, Hobbycraft, Vue Cinema and Pizza Hut.
