  • Windows OS / Server
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Stack (Office 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint & Intune)
  • Azure
  • Virtualisation - VMware / Hyper-V
  • Strong networking - LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
  • Hands-on experience across Routers & Switches
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge and experience
  • Wide range of Hardware/Software Support
  • Desktop, Laptop & PC Support
