Job Description

IT Service Co-ordinator - £25k-£30k - 6-month ftc I am seeking an IT Service Co-ordinator to assist a busy company based in central Nottingham. You will be assisting the on-boarding team, building and configuring laptops and PCs, creating accounts through Active Directory, allowing permissions etc. This isto help bring in new starters as my client goes through a period of expansion. You will occasionally be supporting the IT Service Desk team, helping to close 1st line technical tickets, across a Windows environment.The successful IT Service Co-ordinator will have experience in the following:

  • Experience with user account administration (Active Directory and Exchange online)
  • Knowledge of Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (including the microsoft family of products
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
