This is one of those roles that quite simply doesnt come around too often in the local tech market..Working alongside a prestigious organisation based in Nottingham, Im looking for a big-hitting Programme Director to take ownership of large, complex programmes of work across an incredibly exciting and varied programme.Im looking for somebody to bring rigour and discipline into this area, someone who can essentially drive the programme forward effectively. Youll do this through identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of their portfolio, ensuring that stakeholders have all the relevant information to make effective decisions.Youll be a thought leader with the ability to influence the programmes/projects in their Portfolio in order to ensure successful delivery. Youll also provide leadership and direction for your projects overseeing other Project Managers within your area - mentoring, supporting and inspiring better ways of working.It goes without saying that youll be absolutely at the top of your game - the environment here is fast paced and technically complex.. requirements can often change at a moments notice, so its important that this is the type of environment that youll thrive in.
