Job Description

360 Recruitment are a specialist Technology recruiter, currently recruiting for an IT Presales Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing IT Public Cloud & Managed Service Provider in the UK.Role:IT Presales Engineer Salary:Up to £60,000 + Benefits (If your salary requirement is higher than advertised, we are still keen to hear from you)Benefits:25 Days holiday, plus Bank HolidaysVirtual & Flexible WorkingLife AssuranceHealth PlanProduct DiscountsPermanent Role:Full Time - PermanentLocation:Working Remotely & Occasional Travel if required About the Role: We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual who can hit the ground running and really make an impact in the Presales team.The successful candidate will report to the Presales Manager, working with minimal supervision working alongside our clients in technical and business discussions.All communication and documentation should be precise and credible, and you will need to be flexible and responsive to issues within the agreed scope of workResponsibilities:

  • Scope and create technical pre-sales solutions and documentation
  • Support the Account Management team in client engagements
  • Create and review Statements of Work documents and liaise with other Nasstar teams including Sales, Project Management and Adoption and Change Management
Experience:
    • Experience or understanding of working with Managed Services
    • Produce Statement of Works documentation
    • Knowledge of products listed below
    • Experience in designing solutions
    • Capable of presenting and running client workshops
    • Experience with structured project methodologies
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills. A good diplomat and relationship builder
    • Commercial acumen but balanced with strong customer focus and empathy
    • Experience dealing with customers and business stakeholders, at all levels
    • Ability to engage and deliver on multiple projects concurrently

  • Endpoint compliance & Management (MECM /AV /MFA /MDM /MAM / EM+S / Intune / Autopilot)
  • Microsoft SharePoint Design and Migration
  • Teams voice & direct routing
  • Public Cloud (Azure / AWS)
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Citrix: XenApp / XenDesktop / NetScaler
  • SAN technologies: FC / IsCSI / SAS / Dell EMC / HP / RecoverPoint
  • General understanding of networking solutions
  • Backup technologies / Symantec / Veeam
  • Anti-virus technologies / Defender
  • Virtualisation: VMware / Hyper-V
  • Hardware installs: Routers / switches / WAPs / Firewalls / Servers / UPS
  • Enterprise mail & data migrations
