Job Description

Invoicing ClerkLocation:NottinghamHours: 40 hours per weekRH Commercial Vehicles are looking for an Invoicing Clerk to join our small, vibrant central invoicing team based at our head office in Nottingham, previous experience of invoicing is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to join our successful team and growing business.Job SummaryAs part of the invoicing team, you will be responsible for building up job cards, obtaining order numbers, invoicing retail, warranty and internal jobs, and following customer procedures to ensure invoices are built and invoiced correctly to avoid any queries.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Obtaining order numbers.
  • Building up Invoices.
  • Invoicing.
  • Support the Warranty Clerk with any queries and evidence loading.
  • System and portal management.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is correct.
  • Ensure you comply with the criteria in our Health and Safety policy.
  • Comply with warranty and contract procedures.
  • Ensure that the company time recording procedures are complied with.
  • Attend any operational or development training that is made available.
  • General Duties
  • Work with the team to ensure a strong top team ethos.
  • Support the development of character, skills, attitude and superior individual and team performance.
  • Have a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ensure that you conduct yourself in a business like and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the facilities, and equipment are kept clean, tidy and maintained, reflecting company image of an efficient and modern retail Dealership.

  • To be able to work within a main dealer environment.

  • Computer and system literate, DMS experience an advantage
