International Sales Manager We are currently managing a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible, attributable and rewarding difference to a successful British exporter of capital equipment.This is a newly created position for an internationally focused manufacturer of high-quality capital equipment. Our client proudly manufactures their product range in the UK and sells to export customers via a network of international distributors.The International Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the existing distribution partners and for looking for new business opportunities, both in existing markets and in countries where the company doesnt deal currently.The International Sales Manager will be based remotely, anywhere in the UK and will spend occasional days working from the office in the North of England.About the Company: A successful, profitable and internationally focused manufacturing business that has been operating within capital equipment for 15+ years.The business hires people focused on the future needs of the business, aiming to recruit candidates capable of growing with the business and performing the next role. We will be pleased to give a full and detailed description of the company to suitable applicants of course.Key Skills/Experience Required:Previous experience in an international sales / export sales role is essential for this position.Our client is a firm believer in the transferable skill set possessed by international sales professionals so specific industry experience is not required. That said, a background in engineered, technical products of any kind is desired.The role will require regular international travel of course along with a culturally sensitive persona and a passion for business development.Fluency in a second Europe language would be welcome here but is not a prerequisite.Salary/Benefits Information:A package will be created to attract the preferred candidate.
