Job Description

Macildowie are currently recruiting for an Insurance Account Executive to embark on an exhilarating career in the insurance industry! We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to excel in this role. As an Insurance Account Executive,you will be responsible for managing client accounts and forging strong relationships.£23,000 - £28,000 | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pmRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Delight our clients by providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships. Be their go-to person for insurance solutions, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs.
  • Harness your persuasive powers and sales skills to generate new business. Identify potential clients, present the benefits of our insurance products, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Take charge of existing client accounts, renew policies, and offer tailored insurance advice. Keep a keen eye on policy reviews and recommend adjustments to guarantee comprehensive coverage.
  • Assess risks like a pro! Analyse client information, determine suitable insurance solutions, and negotiate terms to secure optimal coverage.
  • Be the wizard of policy administration! Efficiently process applications, endorsements, and claims, all while maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance.
  • Stay ahead of the game by researching market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Identify new opportunities and recommend innovative insurance products to cater to evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional insurance solutions. Your teamwork will be instrumental in achieving outstanding results.
Requirements:
  • 2 Years experience in Motor Insurance
  • Passionate about the insurance industry with previous experience in sales or account management preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain insurance concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Sound understanding of insurance products, policies, and underwriting processes.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving results.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with outstanding time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software.
