Insolvency Practitioner Manchester £65k plus

  • If you are the above one of our East Midlands based business recovery and insolvency clients is looking to recruit an Insolvency Practitioner or a Senior Manager join their firm.Our ClientAn established business advisory and accountancy practice with a specialist business recovery and insolvency team. They have several offices across the Midlands and offer a complete range of services to its own clients and a variety of challenging assignments for their professional team.The Role
  • Manage a portfolio of mainly corporate insolvency cases, ensuring full complaince
  • Give business recovery and insolvency advice
  • Manage a small team in a variety of insolvencies
  • Plan case strategy
  • Control costs, WIP and billings
  • Managing, developing and engaging staff
  • Experience and Skills
  • A minimum of 7 years insolvency experience
  • JIEB qualified
  • Has a thorough knowledge of all forms of formal insolvency procedure and legislation
  • Understands and manages risk within potential and current cases
  • Highly professional and respected
  • Keeps CPD up to date
