We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team in Nottingham!Situated on Bridlesmith Gate, you’ll be joining a buzzing office environment, where there is never a dull moment. Using previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment, you’ll be responsible for finding new talent to join one of our 15 branches across the UK.Some of your roles & responsibilities will include:- Managing candidate journey from qualification to offer stage- Use of job boards and social media platforms to engage new talent- Creating and posting new job advertisements- Application and CV Screening- Telephone pre screening interviews- Telephone and Video interview scheduling and coordination- Liaising with Senior and Hiring Managers across the business- Ensuring all new hires are fully compliant- Meeting daily and weekly KPI’s- General admin and system useIn reward for the above, you’ll receive industry leading training from day 1, and be in control of your own progression.
