Job Description

  • Infrastructure Support Engineer
  • Permanent
  • £24k - £30k PA
  • Nottingham / hybrid remote
Exciting opportunity for a midlands-based e-commerce business for a infrastructure engineer.This role, you will be required to support staff across as levels of the business supporting on troubleshooting for software and hardware.Essential skills:Current experience using the following programs:
  • Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
  • Exchange & Exchange online
  • Teams, OneDrive, & Sharepoint
  • Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, SCCM & GPO
  • Active Directory and Azure Active directory
Desirable skills
  • Hands on experience implementing Microsoft 365 services including
  • Managing an exchange online / exchange on premise hybrid deployment
  • Deploying and operating Microsoft teams, One drive or Sharepoint
  • Managing & distributing desktop estate using Microsoft Endpoint manager, Intune autopilot or similar MDM service from the third-party vendor.
  • Experience in migrating legacy file and print services to Microsoft azure
