NHS Improvement Lead required to work in the Nottinghamshire area. Working as part of the wider Improvement and Transformation Team.Client DetailsHealthcare Trust with several sites.Description* Working across several sites in the Nottinghamshire area - ability to travel between sites is essential* Working as part of the Improvement and Transformation Team* Responsible for operational and project support* Projects may be clinical or non-clinical* May include operational performance, financial performance, service issues and clinical quality improvement* Practical support for teams in order to take projects forward* Supporting the Senior Improvement Lead* Establish relationships at all levels* Achieve project goals* Analyse services, systems, processes, roles and responsibilities to identify change opportunities and recommend actions* Support Clinicians to deliver service improvement* Write and update Project Plans and evaluate progress against agreed timescales* Report writing and Data AnalysisPLEASE NOTE: Operational Flow/Discharge Planning/Emergency Pathway experience including knowledge of Hospital at Night and Out of Hours. Plus Same Day Emergency Care and Outpatient experience desirable and beneficial.Profile* Experience in Complex Management ideally within the NHS* Proven ability to lead and manage change in large complex organisations* Experience within complex NHS or Acute Hospital setting is desirable* Benchmarking* Ability to achieve targets and objectives* Understanding of the operations of Acute Hospitals* Problem solving skills* Ideally NHSJob Offer* Equivalent to Band 7 - up to £25/hour* Full Time 37.5 hours per Week* 6 Month Agency Contract* Weekly Pay* Start ASAP Required skills
