James Phillip Financial recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful IFA brokerage, based in Nottingham. Through further growth they are now looking for two experienced IFA sales support candidates to join the team. The aim is for the first to be on board to hit the ground running in January, the second candidate will come in for March/April.You will be a bright, bubbly personality that can easily fit into the team.The role will typically require:- To be proactive and able to multi-task whilst providing research, client valuations and processing new business - - A high level of organisation skills required around general financial services administration- To compile basic suitability reports from structured templates. E.g. fund switches, OEIC to ISA, and client review letters- Preparing research, agendas, and paperwork for client review meetings- Being responsible for following process and procedures- To act as a liaison point for clients and providers- To maintain and update client information, within Iress Xplan and AWS Morningstar- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the roleYou will:- Be able to prioritise workloads- Proactive, with an ability to multi-task and possess the ability to search out solutions- IT Literate and be competent in the use of: Report writing Morningstar and other industry analysis tools Back office systems, preferable Iress Xplan MS Office and Excel 4.Qualifications/knowledge/experienceGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office & OutlookKnowledge of XPLAN Software and AWS Morningstar would be an advantageHave at least 3 years plus relevant experience, within a senior administrational role in Financial ServicesSalary £24 - £26k plus discretionary bonus plus benfits inc 25 days holiday increasing to 30, Death in Service, Pensions and the ability to WORK FROM HOME after one years service.
