Job Description

The organisation also offers a flexible hybrid working pattern, and is commutable from Nottingham City Centre, as well as Hucknall, Ruddington and Ilkeston.Responsibilities:As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as first point of contact for the HR function
  • Maintaining HR system and updating accordingly within GDPR
  • Provide HR advice regarding policies and procedures
  • Timely submission of payroll changes on a monthly basis
  • Working with and supporting HR advisors on employee relations matters
