Job Description

HR OfficerHome based with Midlands TravelUp to £31,300Full time & PermanentWe are pleased to be working with an Education provider to support them in recruiting a HR Officer to join their established and experienced HR Team.This role is a generalist HR Officer predominantly focused around ER case management but also offers the opportunity to be involved in projects related to the wider People Strategy with duties including:

  • ER case management - disciplinary, grievance, performance & capability, absence management
  • Assisting with recruitment & resourcing
  • Compliance and audit support
  • Using HRIS to prepare and provide reports across HR KPIs to wider HR Team
  • Maintain HR inbox
  • Ad hoc HR project support relating to organisational change initiatives
  • Supporting on training and inductions
For this role you will work with the wider HR team to diary manage and be home based with weekly travel required across sites in the Midlands.For this role we are looking for experienced HR professionals who are experienced in independent ER case management and have thorough and up to date knowledge of UK employment law. You will be experienced in using a HRIS to prepare and produce reports acrossall key HR metrics and have excellent attention to detail.Recruitment experience is also desired for this role from resourcing to interviewing and on-boarding in a high volume and fast paced environment.
