HR Data AnalystAre you brilliant at creating reports and dashboards, analysing information and presenting it to stakeholders Are you an Excel whizz If so, we need you to join our busy HR team as a HR information Officer.You will be joining the HR Workforce Management Information Team and this role is crucial for supporting the completion of reports both internally within HM Land Registry and externally to wider Government, predominantly Oracle Fusion, the payroll and other systems.HR Data Analyst Responsibilities:You will assist in the creation of reports and dashboards in Oracle Fusion and Excel. This will include the building, testing and documentation of these reports. You will complete monthly timetabled reports and external information returns for Cabinet Office, BEIS, ONS and CSHR. You will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding data requests.HR Data Analyst Requirements:You will be excellent with numbers and will have at least intermediate level Excel. You will be able to evidence your experience of working with data and working with different software and IT systems.
