HR Consultant £50,000-£55,000Nottingham - Hybrid Are you a commercially minded HR Business Partner that has always been interested in exploring the world of HR ConsultancyDo you want to be an extension of a fantastic, people centric, progressive organisation, supporting a variety of SME and large, third sector and private health businessesThis is a really unique role where you will be working as part of a highly commercial HR Consultancy team. Supported by a team of HR Advisors, this role will be leading on a variety of HR support and guidance, from creating strategic people plans, to delivering on ER cases and driving restructures or projects across different organisations.You will also have a responsibility to introduce new clients to the business through attending networking events and speaking at conferences. This, on average, will make up 10-15% of your role, with the remaining 85-90% supporting current clients of the consultancy.
