Hugely acquisitive business seeks HR Change Partner who adores TUPE, Integration and Change activity.Sounds like the lonely hearts column from back in the day but far from it. This business continues to grow at a phenomenal rate. For that reason they are looking to add two additional people to support their HR Change team with the sheer volume of activity.Theres the front end TUPE in activity for c100 + to manage and as important is the integration, engagement and restructuring. Youll thrive in this environment if you are the type to roll up your sleeves, enjoy strategic interventions and design as wellas delivery.Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, working collaboratively with 3 other HR Change Partners over the next 12 months.
