Reporting in to the Group HR Manager you will be responsible for managing all day to day HR operations for a larger food manufacturing site, relocating to Nottinghamshire from the Northwest. This is a HR generalist role that also involves managing projects, the perfect blend! This is a big role that you will grow into quickly, perhaps suited to someone moving into HR Management for the first time It will utilise all aspects of your previous HR experience and put them to work. It will test both your HR skills but more broadly your ability to manage change, conflict and solve problems.This organisation is growing rapidly, its restructuring commercially and hiring and scaling and at the same time looking to ensure that it meets its commercial objectives. Of course it wants to build the right culture, high performing teams and improve its leadership capabilities but critically it is keen to ensure its production workforce is happy, healthy and engaged, not easy with some much change happening. So this is very much a HR generalist role at heart and a standalone role, although you will have support around you from every angle. This role will also offer the post holder automony to make decisions and drive change, but of course this will be all part of a wider and more comprehensive roadmap for the business, the outcomes of which will need to be fully understood from the outset.
