Job Description

  • Nottingham - City Centre
  • £38,000.00 - £41,000.00
  • 9 months interim
  • Hybrid (1 or 2 days in office)
Client DetailsA reputable public sector organisation based in Nottingham looking to hire an interim HR Business Partner on an interim basis.Description
  • Support the Head of OD on a major TUPE project;
  • Work in partnership with Directors and their teams to identify and meet HR business requirements;
  • Advises on employee relations casework working in partnership with managers and trade unions to provide innovative solutions to complex HR problems;
  • Lead and advise on employment law, complex ER cases, organisation change and TUPE legislation;
ProfileThe ideal candidate will:
  • Have CIPD or equivalent experience and TUPE experience is essential but some element of project management would also be helpful;
  • Have great communication skills.
