Job Description

Job Role: HR AdministratorLocation: NottinghamHours: Monday - Friday (Hybrid working)Salary: £24,500Contract: 3 monthsJanaury 2022 start! Harper Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs leading financial organisations within their HR team. If you are an experienced Administrator who is available to start work immediately then this role is for you!Due to growth and ongoing success our client are looking to recruit for two HR Administrators to join the head office team.What does the day to day look like

  • Managing a high-volume caseload of queries and employee-driven administration
  • Completing references on behalf of employees
  • Responsible for the management of the HR inbox
  • Collect, record and report on HR information data
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Support HR consultant with projects
Who are we looking for
  • Previous experience in a HR environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
