Overview:A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or a bank-based mortgage adviser to have the choice to work from home or an office dependent upon your diary and client requirements.Our client is offering a basic salary to £28k dependent upon experience plus full benefits including car or allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commissions, plus all leads provided on a day-to-day basis.Main Duties:With the flexibility to work from home or the office to suit your own diary and the needs and requirement of the clients you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and an existing client base in the Nottingham area.Working closely with an estate agency introducer you will receive leads on a day-to-day basis, working with the team of introducers via the telephone, over zoom or face to face you will deal with the referrals on a swift and timely manner.You will be responsible for managing your own diary and speak to the new clients as soon as the referral is passed over.As well as receiving new hot leads on a day-to-day basis you will also have unlimited access to the branch existing client base, offering remortgage, product transfer advice.Key Skills:You must be an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or a bank-based mortgage advisor who is experienced in offering mortgage and protection advice and possess the relevant mortgage qualifications.You must be disciplined to work from home, manage your own diary and be flexible to meet your clients’ needs and requirements.A clean credit history along with no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.Summary:This truly is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home or the office (your choice) and receive leads on a day-to-day basis from a team of incentivised introducers.Job Title:Home or office Based Mortgage BrokerLocation:NottinghamBryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref:J1216MBMCRemuneration:£24,500 - £28,000 basic, plus car or allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £60,000-£80,000.Contact:Bryn McMillanManaging DirectorBryn McMillan Consulting Required skills
