Helpdesk Support Engineer (part-time) required by a company head office based in Nottingham of a retailer paying up to £20,000 pro-rata working 25 hours across a 5 day week between 9-5pm, the hours can be flexible to suit. This role is based in office andmay require some travel to local offices.The successful Helpdesk Support Engineer will be working within a small team and will be running the helpdesk as the 1st point of contact to resolve user queries through a ticketing system, updating and installing new hardware and software, setting up newstarters, and train employees and volunteers in the ICT equipment used.You will have experience working with Office 365, Windows 11 and CRM systems, understand the importance of security in IT, and have great communication, telephone and organisation skills.In return you will receive gym discount, access to free counselling, and various other benefits.If this sounds like the next step in your career - APPLY NOW!
