We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join our gynaecology services team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is passionate about providing high quality primary care.At Primary Integrated Community Services (PICS), we are committed to putting patient care first and we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic Health Care Assistants who share our values and our passion for good quality patient focused care providing health care support to our community gynecology service. PICS are an innovative and rapidly expanding primary care organisation providing quality health services, delivered by local professionals to benefit our local communities.You must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and enjoy a challenge. NHS experience is desirable but by no means essential. An empathetic approach to patients, flexible working times and good communication are essential.You will be working within a supportive team of nurses and clinical specialists in our growing community gynecology service. These services cover most of the Nottinghamshire area. The Health Care Assistant works under indirect supervision from the Lead Nurse and Practice Nurses, undertaking appropriately delegated tasks and duties. The role provides support to the practice nursing team to enable them to function effectively.
