Job Description

As a result, you will receive genuine opportunities to develop and continue to climb the career ladder.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement technology centred strategies to help enhance business wide performance
  • Consult with department leads and Directors to outline project scope and implement strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Oversee each step of key project phases, ensuring governance standards, compliance standards and pre stakeholder agreements are strictly adhered to all times
  • Maintain clear vision of end goals and ensure wider team members continue to be aware of group and individual targets
  • Ensure IT policies such as information & cyber security/data protection legislation are correctly implemented upon rollout of all new systems and products
  • Monitor and assess IT and technical departments to ensure there are now skills/knowledge gaps or capacity issues that may prevent goals being achieved
  • Keeping abreast of new digital and technological trends on the market and analyse competitor movements to ensure the business maintains progress with achieving forecasted technology focused goals
Qualification and Experience:
  • Degree or similar qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field
  • Holder of a Prince 2/APM Project Management certification highly desirable
  • Demonstrable team leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead by example
  • Proven user experience with Salesforce CRM system would be a distinct advantage
  • Up to date knowledge of information and cyber security/GDPR legislative standards, in adherence with ISO:27001 standards
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully leading a digital transformation project or technology focused change within an organisation
  • Capable of resolving issues efficiently and identifying long term solutions as opposed to quick fixes
  • Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with key stakeholders and board of Directors
