To generate a pipeline of housing S106 developments across the Midlands by building relationships and negotiating deals with relevant contacts such as developers, house-builders, housing associations & councils.Client DetailsEach year, Auxesia Homes provide up to 250 new build homes for affordable rent, rent to buy or shared ownership purchase across the North of England & Midlands. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work remotely, at home or from an Auxesia Homes co-working space.
