More Years Limited are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team based in Nottingham (we are flexible with hybrid working). You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 - £28,000 per annum.We are proud to offer a wide range of benefits, including:

About therole:We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, youll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creativeideas, and show amazing attention to detail.Your responsibilities as our Graphic Designer will include:
  • Undertaking and supporting in the design creation for our company website
  • Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
  • Designing and producing printed design work including packaging, Brochures, Leaflets, National press ads, Forms and Documents and Advertisements
  • Creating digital design work, including digital ads and assets for email and social media platforms
  • Generating fresh concepts
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
  • Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments
  • Overseeing the design and production of marketing materials and assets
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts in line with our target audience
  • Ensuring the presence of a strong and consistent brand image across all visual representation/marketing activity
  • Monitoring artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency
What we are looking for in our Graphic Designer:
  • 3+ years experience as a Senior Graphic Designer (inhouse preferred but not essential)
  • Website design experience (Essential)
  • Working experience with image design tools (e.g., Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator)
  • Good understanding of creative visual principles such as typography, layout, colour theory and brand identity
  • Creative flair and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • An organised and methodical individual who takes pride in seeing work done to the highest standards
  • Good verbal communication skills - the ability to articulate ideas clearly and liaise with other members of the team
  • The ability to work to a schedule and deliver tight turnarounds
  • The ability and experience to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • A portfolio of design projects
  • Proven work experience as a graphic designer
  • A keen eye for visual details
  • Aesthetic skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
