Graduate Bid Writer Nottingham £23,000 per annum Here at NCHA we have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and Dynamic Business Development team as a Graduate Bid Writer.This is a fixed term trainee position for 12 monthsWe are looking to recruit a well organised, reliable and proactive Graduate Bid Writer to join our Business Development Team based in Nottingham. We complete bids, grant applications and tenders for housing, care and support services. We are an enthusiasticteam and work with great managers and delivery teams across a wide range of services for vulnerable adultsThe roleYou will work through a structured 12 month training programme, learning on the job and combining practical experience, professional development and the opportunity to network with peers from our other departments and external agencies. You will be responsiblefor writing grant applications and bids. At the end of your training programme you will have acquired excellent knowledge of the housing and social care sectors on which to build a successful career.Working HoursMonday - Friday 35 hours per week. We operate a combination of working in our offices and working from home. The successful candidate will be expected to work in our Nottingham office for a minimum of 2 days per week. You will be expected to travel to ourservices based across the East Midlands (for which travel expenses are provided).About youThe successful candidate must have graduated within the last 5 years with the minimum of a 2:1 and be highly motivated with a strong desire to contribute to the development of services for people with care and support needs.
