Job Description

Front-End Web Developer Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire (Hybrid)Salary: £25K - £35K (DOE) + Excellent BenefitsOur client, one of the leading design agencies, is seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join their team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our clients websites.Duties:

  • You will be reporting to the Technical Director.
  • Delivering development work for diverse portfolio of digital/web clients, including new builds and existing sites.
  • Developing responsive websites with intuitive functionality.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of current websites.
  • Implementing new features to enhance website performance and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience with PHP templating engines, specifically Twig.
  • Strong working knowledge of web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Proficiency in databases, particularly MySQL.
  • Experience with build tools such as Webpack and Gulp.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflow.
  • Understanding of web server architecture.
  • Knowledge of on-site SEO best practices.
