Job Description

Job Role: Freight AdministratorLocation: NottinghamSalary: £24k-£26k DOE + BenefitsHours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pmHarper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading logistics firm who is expanding and looking for an experienced account coordinator professional to join their Key Accounts Department offering an exciting role and multiple benefits laidout below.This role involves managing the larger customers daily operational requirements ensuring those customers expectations are met.Duties include:

  • Dealing with Key Account customers via email and telephone
  • Processing shipment reports
  • Keeping track of all Key Account shipments via our Online Portal
  • Investigating and resolving any non-delivered shipments.
  • Producing and maintaining management reports, key account files and spreadsheets to ensure accurate costings and invoicing information.
Skills and experience required:
  • Experience working in a similar role within logistics, supply chain or freight essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Customer driven ethos
