Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Financial Services Administrator. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and contribute to the teams success.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established entity within the Insurance industry. With over 1000 employees across the group, they specialise in providing risk insurance solutions to a variety of clients, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.The entity based in Nottingham has a long-established and successful team. This role will be based in the bonds team.DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing monthly spreadsheet submissions from clients, placing bond over and reconciling premiums
  • Working with clients to ensure queries are dealt with effectively, relating to their cover and cases
  • Preparing new client and renewal documentation including risk assessments
  • Inputting data on risk assessments on the system and managing renewals
  • Chasing any overdue payments from clients to ensure that bond cover is in place
  • Ensuring all documentation is maintained in an accurate manner
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Handling any ad-hoc duties related to insolvency administration.
ProfileAs a successful Financial Services Administrator, you must have:
  • Proven experience working in an administrative role, ideally within insurance/financial services
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build good relationships with various practitioners based across the UK
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and database systems
  • Understanding of the importance of keeping documentation and systems up to date
  • Excellent attention to detail
