They have ambitious growth plans and are looking for a Financial Controller to help them on theirjourney. So, if you are looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and changing environment and have worked in Professional Services then this role could tick all your boxes.As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the financial accounting function, management accounts and overseeing the day-to-day running of the transactional teams. You will have full ledger responsibility including balance sheetcontrols and reconciliations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the transactional teamsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have –Good Excel skills including pivot tables, logic formulas and look-ups.You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.You will also have relevant qualification and experience ie ACCA/ACA/CIMA with 5+ years post-qualification experience.You will have excellent systems knowledge and experience of working within a changing and dynamic finance environment undertaking a broad range of finance tasks and responsibilities.Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a team is essential.In addition, you will have strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision making. You will be flexible and adaptable in approach with an enquiring mind to challenge appropriately where necessary.
