Secondly, not only will you join a team where there’s been a positive internal leaver, the CFO of this business wants you to be pushing for the Financial Controller position in 12-18 months’ time as wellI know, amazing, the prospect of Financial Controller in 18 months where you will oversee all financial reporting and FP&A.So this business are:- A Large PLC- A major player in their space- Packed with passionate people and in finance the CFO is Big4, bright and ambitious with a key focus on developing you- Adopting a hybrid working pattern going forward.This position would be suitable for you if:- You have trained in practice, mid-tier maybe, top 10 ideally- You have experience in industry, maybe youve done a year and would like to gain managerial experience (you can manage a team from 4-6 here)- You are progressive, want to kick on and your manager is lacking the drive to develop you- You are used to dealing with big numbers, ideally you will have already worked within a PLC environment or from audit been involved in company PLC audits on a few occasions.Not trained and qualified in practice but you can demonstrate strong financial reporting experience from industry in a PLC Lets have the conversation, I never like to close any doors.Drop through an up to date CV and we can discuss.
