Job Description

Job Role: Finance Assistant Salary: £25k-£26kLocation: Colwick, NottinghamHours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a successful telecommunications firm who are looking for a Finance Assistant to ensure timely and accurate reports and information are provided as needed to their Finance Team.What will the role involve

  • Assist with account openings, commissions processing, and generating manual invoices.
  • Manage credit control, including monitoring and collecting outstanding payments.
  • Build and import commissions books, reconcile partner commissions, and analyse data.
  • Provide finance inductions and handle BT commissions.
  • Respond to partner queries, update pricebooks, and ensure commercial viability of sales.
The successful Finance Assistant will meet the following criteria:
  • Preferred experience in finance or accounting support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for partner interactions.
  • Teamwork, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
