JOB TITLEFinance & Commissions ExecutiveThis is an office-based role reporting to the finance team£25k to £26k dependant on experience Monday to Friday 09:00 -17:30 with an hour lunch break31 days annual leave JOB SUMMARYTo provide support to the Finance Team in the delivery of the Organisations financial accounting function. The ability to work co-operatively and efficiently by providing timely accurate reports and information as and when required.KEY ACCOUNTABILITYS* Account openings* Commissions checks* Amending partner commissions* Midland Sales invoices - raising manual invoices* Credit Control* Building and importing of commissions books* DAs* Commission reconciliation for partners* Finance inductions* BT Commissions* Handling incoming calls and queries from partners* Support JEM development (bespoke sales tool)* Maintain and update commissions/price books* Analysing commissions data* Submitting claims for missing commissions* Manage and approve commercial viability of salesSKILLSExperience of working in an accounts/admin office.Qualification in accounting e.g. AAT would be an advantage.To apply for this role please apply via the advert or email your current up to date C.V.
