Job Description

Field Sales Executive - North Territory£30 - £35k basic + 10% Performance Bonus and £700 car allowance per monthWe are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to grow the sales of a leading Smart Security Brand.Working for an award-winning Field Marketing agency, your role is to increase brand awareness and sales out of retail through relationship building with wholesale resellers and professional installers. This role will appeal to candidates with sales experience,a passion for technology and delivering engaging product training sessions.This role will involve covering a large sales territory and as such a driven, self-motivated individual that is comfortable with a lot of UK travelling is essential.Your key responsibilities as a Field Sales Executive will be to:

  • Calling on stores in line with agreed number and frequency of visit executing agreed training plans, live product demonstrations and added value activities
  • Attend regional branch meetings every month
  • Manage compliance scorecard for POS displays in branch in line with brand guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional product training to branch staff and Professionals and ensure they know how to access our training platforms
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Branch managers
  • Communicate and demonstrate the products and services of the Smart Security Brand effectively
  • Conduct Key in-store training presentations on new products/features and campaigns
  • Become a key point of contact for selected wholesale branches (CEF, Rexel)
  • Demonstrate flexibility within the role to ensure that the expectations and requirements of the client are met in a timely manner
  • Answer questions from customers or staff about products, usage and installation
  • Represent the Smart Security Brand at Trade events throughout the year (Screwfix live, Security Show)
  • Support openings of new branches and training of new staff
  • Report back on competitor information including special offers/deals/store presence
This job is perfect if you:
  • Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Have an aptitude for picking up technical aspects of new products and equipment
  • Are experienced with providing product presentations and training
  • Are experienced in a Field Sales Role
  • Have previous experience with Visual Merchandising and representing brands at trade shows
  • Are a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have a clean UK driving licence
