Job Description Role : Field Care Supervisor / Care Needs AssessorJob Type : Permanent Salary : £12 per hour + Travel and mileage Location : Home/Field Based East MidlandsAre you an experienced Social Care Manager/Supervisor/Assessor Do you have your own vehicle and the ultimate desire and passion to support frontline Care Assistants and Service Users Then we could really use your skills!     • Please note our staff are Live-in Care Assistants who provide care for our clients across England. You will be responsible for traveling around your region on a daily basis fully supporting and line-managing our great teams and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients through assessing or updating their care needs as required. The role is home and field based so you will need to be flexible and organised.   • Previous experience in a Social Care Setting - Essential
  • NVQ level 2 in H&S Care or other professional qualification in care - Desirable
  • Previous experience at Senior or Higher Care Assistant level – Desirable
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant – Essential
  • Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated - Essential
  • Full, valid driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle - Essential
