Facilities/Buildings Administrator required at Nottingham Justice CentreStart date - asapPay Rate - £10.86 per hourDuration -4 months with probable extensionFull time Monday to Friday 37 hours per weekRole Overview:Brook Street are very pleased to be recruiting for the MOJ within Nottingham City Centre. The roles are for temporary Admin Officers, working full-time, Monday to Friday, 37hrs.As an Admin Officer, you will be required to be flexible & move across a variety of functions/processes within the Magistrates Court. You will be part of a busy building support team. The main duties will involve but not be limited to:- lifting/shifting/movement of furniture around the site,- ensuring correct signage is displayed,- dealing with room bookings,- access control for the site,- logging/chasing/monitoring jobs with the facilities via telephone & email,- data input,- dealing with customers face to face,- filing- & other adhoc duties. Building management skills/experience would be beneficial but is not essential.The role is for 4 months - possibly extending, Monday to Friday, 37hrs per week at £10.86 per hourIf this sounds the ideal role for you and would like to apply, then please send your CV in word format to the PSR Team at Nottingham.You will be subject to a Standard DBS check and 3 years full referencing.
