Contract: 37 hours per week, fixed term (1 year maternity cover)An opportunity is available for an experienced administrator to become part of the college’s friendly and professional executive support team. You will be responsible for supporting the college’s Deputy CEO and CFO, who leads the college’s professional services.You will provide support that is proactive, flexible, and responsive. Previous experience of supporting finance and audit processes or experience of an educational environment would be particularly desirable.Executive assistants are key to the smooth and efficient operation of the executive team and provide a personal administrative and organisational support service, liaising with other colleagues from across the college to ensure consistency, pace and momentumare maintained. The team support with diary management, meeting arrangements, report writing, presentations, general office administration duties, risk management and administration of our insurance and audit reporting.You must be able to work professionally, flexibly and as part of a team with high customer service standards and have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters.The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification.
