ESTATE AGENCY BRANCH MANAGERPerks

    • The JobOur client is looking for an ESTATE AGENCY Branch Manager looking to take their career to the next level and run an already fast paced office to the next level. You must have had experience within Sales & Lettings at a senior level with experience managing a team and running an office. This opportunity to really make a difference to a branch that’s got so much potential.Duties
  • To drive and increase on market share
  • To manage a busy office and a small team
  • Ensuring maximum business opportunities are followed through
  • Researching the market to increase market share
  • You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by example, there will be valuations and viewings you will need to attend
  • Negotiating to agree instructions
  • Lead and business generation
    • Essentials
  • Sales experience at Management level (if you had lettings too that would be a bonus!)
  • Good work ethic
  • Good communicator
  • Full UK driving licence
