Job Description

Energy Surveyor (Net Zero Energy Management)Nottingham£30,000 - £35,000 + Overtime + Commission + Good car allowance + 26 days holiday + training & development + pensionAre you an Energy Surveyor or from a Building Services background looking to work for a growing business with excellent benefits with some of the most prestigious clients in the UK such as Microsoft, Google and Lords Cricket GroundAre you looking to work remotely, travelling across different sites across the UK and significantly increase your earning with overtimeOn offer is an excellent opportunity to join a high growth business in the drive towards net zero emissions who provide Energy Institute training and development and opportunities for career progression.You will from an Energy Surveying or Building services background, may already be on the Energy Institute training pathway, and have a sound knowledge of electric, gas and water utilities with excellent inter-personal skills.Responsibilities:

  • Work with Bureau Manager to maintain and develop consultancy service offerings
    • Recharge metering infrastructure surveys
    • Net Zero Energy Surveys
    • ESOS Surveys
    • EV Feasibility Studies
    • Heat Network Regulations Surveys
    • New Utility Connections
    • Utility Due Diligence Reports
    • Any other mechanical and electrical surveys as required
  • Work with Bureau Manager to maintain and develop survey report templates as necessary
  • Complete pre-survey review of relevant data (building plans, billing information, schematics etc)
  • Work with Administrator to compile risk assessments and method statements
The person:
  • Knowledge of electric, gas and water utilities
  • Understanding of commercial building services
  • Happy to travel
