Job Description

Energy Assessor | Home Based | Site BasedRef: DB2116Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for an experienced Energy Assessor to join their well-established specialist energy performance firm. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to help clients optimise their energy efficiency and help drive their journeyto net zero.Energy Assessor Requirements:

  • Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
  • TM44 Assessor Qualification (Desirable)
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience using SBEM/Design Builder
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent report writing skills
Energy Assessor Duties:
  • Undertake site inspections and analyse findings
  • Issue Energy Performance Certificates and complete written reports
  • Complete property condition inspections and audits
  • Enter data from site survey onto modelling proforma
  • Analyse energy data
