Morgan Hunt are looking for experienced electricians to work within a housing association in the Nottingham area.The role Within this role you would be required to work within occupied housing working at an efficient pace on installing and changing extractor fans as well as minor works.Responsibilities*Minor works*installing and changing extractor fans*Working in occupied houses, maintaining a professional work manner Candidate The successful candidate for the role of an Electrician should: *18th Edition or equivalent *2391 or 2395 Testing equivalent *J.I.B /ECS cardholder *Full driving license (Own Van)*Carrying out Domestic Electrical Installations in occupied properties *Experience of domestic social housing *Health and safety training preferred (asbestos, working at heights, manual handling) *Own tools required, own calibrated testing equipment and power tools *37 hours per weekMorgan Hunt have been working within Social Housing for more than 12 years to help find housing and maintenance professionals the right position at the right time.
