This key appointment will be instrumental in the growth of the business and will have the opportunity to grow a team underneath them.Step is an established graduate recruitment brand with a reputation for supporting primarily smaller growing businesses with their graduate recruitment needs. Having been set up in 1985 as an internship programme to support young people, we now manage a variety of roles across a mix of sectors including Engineering, IT, Marketing, Professional Services and the Public Sector. We offer ad hoc one off permanent recruitment services as well as managing larger recruitment campaigns which can generate over 500 applications at a time.We are now looking for a recruitment professional with proven success in generating new business in a job led market. As well as business development, you must be willing and able to manage the whole 360 recruitment process from writing compelling adverts, to interviewing and screening candidates and managing the interview and offer process. Due to our long history and investment in our website, we receive plenty of inbound enquiries as well as having a secure client base.
