Digital Product Manager | 50-60k FTC (Maternity Cover) | NottinghamAre you a solid Product Manager at the top of your game who is ready to step straight into a fast-paced, delivery focussed team, pick up all the moving parts and just run with them Are you well known as the person who can be relied upon to just get things doneIf so, you’re going to love this role. Distinct have partnered exclusively with a well known Nottinghamshire organisation in their search for a Digital Product Manager to join their team. They need a mature Digital Product Manager who is thoroughly versed in delivering to tight timescales within the digital space. You’ll have a wealth of experience running the product roadmaps and will know exactly how to handle stakeholder expectations and objections when dealing with a launch of this size. You’ll be commercially aware, understanding the big picture - this channel is a key component of a £multi-million transformation programme; and launching it will significantly drive the business forwards for years to come.Having worked in this space for a number of years you’ll always be looking to drive and evolve best practice in product. You’ll largely be focussing on embedding a CMS product and driving the teams through to launch, so any experience of successfully launching CMS platforms within a large organisation would be an advantage – Sitecore, Kentico, Shopify, WordPress, AEM, or similar would be ideal. The good news is, they’ve already done the hard part - they’ve spent the last few months embedding within the organisation and are now at the crucial point where they can actually start to deploy some content to the business.Youll join a talented product team at the top of their game, who are detail-focussed, passionate & driven. They work collaboratively which is indicative of the culture of this business, and although they face some tough challenges, they face them head-on, together, to ensure things get done rapidly yet thoroughly, in the right way.In return for your hard work, you’ll receive a basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday, bonus and an enviable benefits package. This is a 12-month maternity cover but this is the kind of organisation where if you do a great job, they won’t want to lose you, so could easily turn into a permanent role after the initial contract is over.So - if you’ve read all of this & you think you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, pick up the baton, and join this incredibly exciting team on their journey, then don’t delay – apply now for immediate consideration.Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
