The CompanyOur client is an established and growing digital design agency in Nottingham, They have an enviable client list of global clients in the entertainment and tech industry, all of which are household names. The agency really likes to push the boundaries on the work that they create for their clients, and you will often find them creating work on a number of platforms including AI and VR, web, mobile, social content, advertising and presentations. They like to challenge themselves and their clients to ensure that the work that they produce is of a standard to stand up globally in the campaigns that they create.About YouYou have worked in a digital environment and have a solid understanding of typography and the fundamentals of good layout design. In this role, you will work alongside other talented Digital Designers, Art Directors, and Web Developers to create global campaigns that really shine.You enjoy challenging yourself and you constantly like to learn new technologies and software. You can conceptualise original ideas through design, illustration, and photography and have an inquisitive and possibly strategic mindset to be able to see the bigger picture as well as design for the brief in hand.You will be able to rationalise your ideas and have good communication skills to be able to present your work confidently to your peers as well as learning from feedback given. You relish being in a team atmosphere in a busy creative studio. You will have a portfolio of work that demonstrates how you think and showcase work that you are proud of, which may be university project work or commercial work.As the team is set to expand this year, there will be opportunities to grow and develop and this role would suit an experienced Junior or Middleweight Digital Designer who wants to step up into a new role after having some commercial experience, ideally within an agency environment.The RoleWorking under the steam of a Creative Director, who will guide and challenge you, you will create digital designs, collaborating alongside other Digital Designers, Writers, and Content Strategists to ensure that the brief is well defined and you be able to provide rationales for your design choices and approaches.You will enjoy working at pace and in a collaborative environment and you will have a problem-solving mindset and a thirst for knowledge.To be a suitable applicant for the role, you will need to have a solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and any experience of having worked in any of the following packages would be advantageous: After Effect, Adobe Premier, Adobe XD, 3D - Blender, etc.If youre a Digital Designer, and this sounds like your next step, please get in touch as soon as you can with your CV and portfolio.
